    Managing Conflict and Workplace Harmony

    This intensive is designed for professionals needing skills to create outcomes that leave the professional, as well as the person and community they are serving, satisfied that the best possible is being done to meet everyone's needs.

    We sometimes meet at other locations, such as the Meridian Police Building (a block from POST). We will contact registrants with meeting information.

      Times
    9:00 am to 4:00 pm daily
    1 hour lunch

    Fee
    $345 (lunch is on your own)
    cafeteria on campus, microwave available, eateries nearby

    Must enroll and pay in advance
    One free admission if you host the event at your site with a minimum of 10 paid participants


    Registration: phone in or mail.

    Cancellations received at least 5 working days before workshop are refundable less a 20% administrative charge. For cancellations received later, a credit of $170 will be issued toward a future seminar.

    "NVC in Monthly Installments"

    2 hour class, 1:30 ~ 3:30 pm, 2nd Sunday of each month

    Facilitators: Marti Monroe, PhD and Jan Blum, hB

    based on Marshall Rosenberg's "Nonviolent Communication" (aka "NVC")

    Efficient and powerful method of communication

    Never hear criticism again!  Melt resistance and resentment!  Understand what people really mean by what they say!
